Meeting with the Cultural Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Prague.
In our Current Events seminar today, we had the wonderful opportunity to meet with the Cultural Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Prague. Ms. Natalie Wilkins spoke to our pupils about the responsibilities and priorities of a U.S Diplomat, foreign policy objectives, and the economic, commercial, and scientific ties between the U.S. and the Czech Republic. Ms. Wilkin’s visit gave our seminar group the opportunity to hear a first-hand account of the government and political concepts we discuss weekly while practicing our conversation skills in English.
